Our Chief Mechanic and Director of Maintenance, Charles Freehling has over 35 years of experience. Charlie received his airframe and power license in 1965 after graduating from The Pittsburgh Institute of Aeronautics. He served four years as an aircraft mechanic in the United States Air Force. Since moving to the Virgin Islands in 1968, Charlie has worked on many types of aircraft from Grumman Mallard seaplanes to DC-10's. He is a Licensed Inspection Authorization specialist and does major airline callout maintenance on St. Croix.

Charlie's maintenance crew includes Camille "Willie" Williams, Laura Elmore and Carlos Valdivia, APP licensed mechanics, and Fitzroy Francis, maintenance helper.

We offer the only maintenance hangar facility on St. Croix.
